Every problem has a solution. We'll find it, fix it, and get you back on track.

-
I was just involved in an accident. What do I do now?First and foremost, we're sorry you're facing this situation and want to make sure you've contacted the authorities. Once that's taken care of, know that at Claims Collision Center, we are committed to restoring the car and will assist you through each step of the repair process. If your vehicle is unsafe to drive due to visible or hidden damage after a collision, please refrain from driving it. Our Customer Service Center is here to help you schedule a tow with minimal wait time or arrange a visit for an estimate.
-
Does my insurance adjuster need to see my car first? Not at all. You can even drop your car off with us and have the adjuster do their appraisal here at Claims Collision Center. We works closely with all the major insurance companies and can easily advise them of any work and repairs that need to be done to your vehicle. In most cases, Caliber will be pre-approved and you’ll only need one estimate.
-
Do I need more than one estimate for my insurance company? No, Claims Collision Center is often pre-approved by all major insurance companies. When you file your claim, ask your insurance adjuster which CCC near you is pre-approved and then give us a call to make an appointment to drop your car off. It’s that simple.
-
What can I expect when bringing my vehicle to CCC?In addition to a warm welcome and great service, you'll be working with some of the best collision and repair experts in the industry. If you already have an appointment scheduled, our Customer Service Representatives will connect you with your Service Advisor, who will guide you through the entire repair process.
-
How long do car repairs take?Every repair we do is unique due to the level of damage, but we will give you a timeline with your estimate and communicate with you through every step of the repair process.
